River City crew just finished the roof repacement from hail damage here. I was a little frustrated with the delay on installation, but understand there were many homes damaged in the area. They left our home and yard absolutely spotless when they were finished here. The entire crew was courteous, on time, worked long hours into the dark evening, and displayed a remarkable work ethic. I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a job well done!
A week and a half after I asked for an estimate, Dan Brown showed up in my backyard with no warning and without coming to the door first. He was very rude and will not be getting my business.
They did an excellent job. Very nice, too. Tim took care of everything, including the insurance. I put the roof on myself personally 12 years ago, but River City did it this time, replacing it after the hail damage. It took me WEEKS to do it, these guys did it in one day, and the siding guys could not be nicer and better, too. BTW I live in Morton.
