Unprofessional. After obliging to their request to estimate the cost for a new roof from their solicitor, they climbed on the roof, climbed off, jumped in their truck and drove away into the sunset, never to be heard from again.
Following this last storm several people contacted me and wanted to examine my roofs on my home as well as my rental homes for damage. Not only did I not know these folks but I did not trust them, and their return phone numbers were no good. I called Roofing Professionals, and spoke to Scott about my concerns with my insurance claim not being settled correctly . Scott came out he fully explain what he would do how the insurance adjuster would be consulted and how they would work with the insurance to make sure I had the best thing done for my homes. The Job was completed in one day the yard was cleaned up and all the paperwork signed. What a professional job. We will not consider anyone nor recommend anyone other than
We worked with Scott Whalen, from Roofing Professionals. He got a crew to our house ON Memorial Day, because we were on a bit of a time crunch, as we were closing on our home soon. They did a great job, and the roof looks awesome! He worked very well with our insurance company, and did all the leg work for us, as far as getting everything approved and covered by our insurance. I would definitely use them again!
They did a fantastic job. Brad was so great to work with.He was always right there to answer any questions I had and if he didn't know the answer he got right back to me with the answer. Could not have asked for a better crew. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for all you did.
If I could give a 0 I would. This company works on high pressure door to door solicitation. I will never use this company
